6:30-8:30 pm Weigh Ins
7:30-8:30 Judges training and briefing: Forms with Lin Cai and Sanda with Sunshine and Scott
Workshop with Cung Le and Shifu
8:30 PM Workshop
- How to become a successful, conscious fighter
- Situational offense and defense
- Awareness of space, direction and timing
- Kinesiology
- Out of the pressure situation
- Fees: $60
9:30 PM Welcome from Shifu – briefing with judges, coaches and guests, etc. Then Sunshine takes over for the event briefing as director/manager.

Fighter Registration
This is a special event that gathers not only some of the most well-known original US Sanda/Sanshou team members and masters but also many younger fighters and coaches who have participated in our Sanshou/Sanda events in the US for the past 30 years, according to the director of the event.
